Thanks everyone. Managing to do an hour & 10 minutes exercise daily now & feeling my muscles toning up. Going shopping on tomorrow to get some clothes for holiday but will try not to go overboard as hopefully they wont fit for long lol. Getting worried about gaining weight while we are away. I want to be good but we are going all inclusive so it is going to be hard with all that food around. Hopefully there will be healthy choices though & I will try to go to the gym while we are away too. Hope eberyone is having a good week.
