    A fairly measley 2 lbs this week, but in my waistlines defence, I have been weighing in first thing in the morning and this week have had to move over to evenings so it could have been worst I suppose.

    Now 12st 4lbs.

    Thats still really good. It makes a big difference what time you weigh yourself. I find i'm much heavier at night time. Good luck for next week. :)

    I'm losing under 3lbs every week apart from weeks 1 & 2 so don't worry about it, I think we are all just a bit different and as you say it really makes a difference what time you weigh (and the difference between weighing at night vs the morning can be as much as 3 or 4lbs).

    Well done on 2lbs off, it's all heading in the right direction.
