Week 8 weigh in

Down 3.5 lbs this week so made my target for March - total to date now is 35.5 lbs in 8 weeks - so very happy :D On another note I had to revise all of my weekly weights I'd recorded in pounds because they were not matching the kg losses. When I checked what the pharmacist had written in pounds for me I realised that it was too high on some so I had to redo everything and had to give 3.5lbs back:( Oh well, still on track and will try to do another 5 weeks and then refeed - its getting tough lately tho so hope I can do another 5 weeks xx

Thanks everyone - I am thrilled as I am really looking forward to proper food. The weight record was my own fault as I am weighed in KG's and she just writes up the lbs as well and I never thought to check they were correct . It was just my sig here that was a bit off.

I hope to have reached target in 5/6 weeks and then do 2 weeks refeed and then maintenence. Must investigate these further though and have a little snoop on those threads. xx

You're doing great well done, I think it was my week 8 when I started getting a bit bored and wanting back on the food wagon, it passed though as I've just had week 11 weigh in today and only have 2 weeks left until refeed and I'm feeling much happier and glad I continued.
