Week 8 WI!

You may have noticed i didnt really announce my last weeks weigh in because it was a +4! so i hid away and concentrated on this week, I did the cabbage soup diet this week because I was not happy with the +4.

I've managed to lose 7lbs :) So im back on track, although I still need to lose 6lbs in 2 weeks to get to my birthday target!! It takes me down into the next stone bracket too this week!

When I fell off the wagon I thought about doing that as well to get back on track. Was it hard getting back on sf?? I keep trying to get off sf for a dew days and enjoy bf and lunch and trick my body and go back on sf and can't seem to get off sf. Its weird
