    Hi all well weight in 8 and 3lb off im happy.I have one more week left and then its refeed for me. I was wondering did anyone get really fed up at this stage?? I have been 100% through out my journey on here and I have actually surprised myself so so much!! Although my plan is to refeed for 2 weeks enjoy christmas and start bk in the new year to get the other bit off me im afraid that I wont be able to do it after eating food again.

    Great loss hunni!!!! I think there are a few of us doing the refeed and then coming back after Xmas, so hopefully we will keep each other going... You are sooooooooooo close to goal, you might not need TFR after Xmas, but i will still be here like an old antique sitting in the corner gathering dust!! lol

    Well my goal takes me to 11 stone but when i started tfr i didnt think i wud have made it this far!! but Im gonna set my new goal of 10 stone which is another 14 ontop of my 13 which is another 27lb ;( but im not thinking about it no cus it seems so far away.
    I so wanted a wee pernod and some sensations the nyt of course i didnt and i wont but i cant wait.

    Really bad!! lol

    I need the strictness of TFR.. Left to make my own decisions, i cannot cope.. Today i have had 1 shake, a large chicken salad, 2 cups of tea, 3 cups of coffee (with 1 sugar cube in each), bucket loads of water, and (i am soooooooooo bad) a packet of cheese and onion mccoys, and loads and loads of fruit salads and blackjacks!!...Oh, and a kitkat chunky.... This is not good.. I can't wait till the new year x x

    Su really i though u where doing so well!! gotta love mccoys ;) u only had 1 shake and a dinner u shud really try to make time to eat or drink ur shakes.

    Agree Su, it's not easy......I am still on tfr and still not been good over the weekend....is it the weather? TOTM? Try to hide all the "naughty food" in a forbidden area and don't go there....will that help! :(:eek:

    I don't know why i do it-i really believe that this diet is fantastic in that you lose the weight fast but i think (in my case anyway) i don't get time to get my brain in gear to eat properly/sensibly/healthily... I am better than i used to be (believe it or not) but i am not in the right frame of mind... I need to learn more self control, so in the New Year i will get the weight off with LT, and then go straight to WW to lose more slowly, but learn the important lessons like portion control,healthy foods etc. Plus i will still have that incentive of going to be weighed in front of someone every week...
    I can't have a "forbidden area" cos that would constantly be on my mind!! lol.. I have not touched any of my Xmas food though, so i can control myself to a certain extent.
    Weekends are hard on LT.. I really don't know a solution to that problem!! lol .. .Are you really bad at the weekend or just a ikkle bit?? lol x x
