    im feeling so down, over the last few weeks i havnt lost that much weight, im thinking about giving it up as i could lose more weight by eating food and excercising

    dnt give up!!
    altho u get so frustrated doin stuff lik dat u hav to believe they will get u to ur goal weight.
    get a piece of paper and compare ur feelings nw to before u started...
    u hav lost 35lbs so obviously feel bettr an luk it evn if u dnt notice it.
    put on an item of clothing u used ta only barely fit in an c hw ur oin nw....
    itll take time but ul get ta ur goal...
    dnt give up!! also if u haven try sum of the receipes on ere for ur shakes they mite add a bit of variety!!

    Don't give up, you are doing amazingly well, 2 and a half stone in 8 weeks is bloody fantastic! You wouldn't do that on any other diet!

    Don't give up, this is just a lapse in your enthusiasm - which is only natural when you haven't eaten in weeks.
    2 and a half stone in 8 weeks is superb...don't throw in the towel.
