Week 9 Weigh In & Another good week :)))))

Well im here at week 9 and have lost 5lbs this week taking me into the 19's for the first time in a lot of years. I have been totally 100% TS till today but have decieded to take this week coming as my food week break so will see how it goes this week. Good luck to everyone else.

Well done!! I'm almost complete with week 3 on Cambridge sole source.

I've 10st to lose before October and in 2 weigh in's I've already lost nearly a stone and a half.
