Hiya Joy!

I'm not actually sure how many dress sizes i've dropped. i have a million pairs of jeans and i have size 20, 22, 24 and 26 that all fit identically - dont you hate that!!

i did my measurments yesterday - since the 2nd June, I've lost a total of 17inches from an arm, boobs, stomach, hips and thigh.

really hoping for that 4 stone mark this week!
