2lbs off this week which is great and only one more week before i start refeeding. its def harder now. the more miles i clock up running, the hungrier im getting and therefore finding it nearly impossible to stay off the food :0 still im counting down now and that can only be a good thing lol

im a bit nervous about eating again but then got to get over that as i cant stay on a liquid diet for the rest of my life just cause its 'safer and less to worry over'.

my life at the moment is one big stress and thats what i know might make a difference to my weight loss as i used to cave in when the going got tough but im considering having some hypnosis to get me over this...any advice from anyone out there whos tried with this would be great.

well done on your loss sweetie. not really sure on hypnosis but heard its good. stay strong this week hun, only 7 days till refeed. :)

Well done on the 2lbs Harriet. Stay strong for your last week, you can do it. I was a bit like this last time but did get through it. It's cos you know you're so close to eating but don't give in. Once you are eating again you will love it, don't go worrying about it.

Good luck with the hypnosis, I'm all for anything that helps!
