Week 9 Weight in result....

    I put on 3lb this week and im chuffed!!!

    Yes im completely mad!

    I have eaten loads of food this week and none of it has been 'good' for me, its been takeaways and carb packed foods.

    So....im glad ive put on as ive learned a very valuable lesson.

    1. I cannot eat what i want as the weight will go on fast
    2. I feel bloated and fat due to the carbs
    3. I have been really thirsty all week as ive been off the water
    4. Food does not taste as nice as you think (i did not really enjoy eating the stuff ive eaten if im honest)

    If i would have stayed the same this week or even put on 1lb, i would think that i could get away with eating food each week.

    Ive learned that i cannot go back to my old habits and i dont want to.

    Next time i eat, it will be nutritional and tasty, im definately keeping off the carbs!

    Carbs are evil!

    What a cracking post - sometimes it takes something like this to make you realise that you can't have your cake and eat it - excuse the pun..

    Thanks for making us realise this and I'm just glad that it wasn't me... gulp !

    Thought id read that wrong at first, but reading on i understand why, i think youve done well to only put 3lb on - should get that off quick, and im glad its taught you a lesson, this will help you not to do it again.

    Im with you EVIL EVIL carbs. (they are just so bloody delish though)lol
