Hey everyone!!

I'm sooo happy i've lost 7lbs this week! my biggest loss EVER i'm so glad as i was a little disappointed with my loss from the last 2 weeks while i was on holiday!!! i wish i could stay on LT until i got to 12 stone but am refeeding for my brother's wedding - there's no way i'm drinking fizzy water when the champagne is flowing freely!! haha! hoping to get to 12.7 before refeed though so i've just got another half stone to lose

Hi Natters,
congrats on a great weight loss, esp after the disappointment after the holiday weigh in. You will look fab at your brother's wedding. Stick with it until then you will do really well, and you could still lose on the refeed until you get to the wedding. Wishing you all the best.
