2lbs is great!!! :) Everyone has smaller weeks than others but a loss is a loss no matter how small you think it may be! :D

Water may play a part - but aslong as you are atleast drinking 2litres a day. :D:D xx

thanks summergirl i need to up my water intake i have only had about a litre a day this week thats bad .

You should be pleased with a 2lb loss and don't worry about it.

You should be drinking more water but then, you already know that. The week I lost 2lbs was followed with an 8lbs loss. I bet you will have a better loss next week too.
