Jeez liam you are having amazing losses!!

I just had my wk5 wi and i lost 3lbs and so my total loss so far is 22lbs - exactly half of yours.

Its amazing how men seem to lose a lot more than women.:confused:

no i dont do much training maybe gym once a week, i do a lot of walking at work though but im quite actove anyway always have been
