Hi all, I started CD SS on 25th June so am on day 2 and have felt really tired all day, felt fine yesterday
My first meal on day 1 was porridge and it made me heave, then lunch was potato and leek soup was awful, have only had shakes since and finding them ok.
Does anyone have any tips?
