week one weigh in

Hi everybody!

I've lost 7lbs this week! Am really pleased with it as it was my fiance's birthday at the weekend and I did pig out! Meals out, takeaways, cakes, drinks....so I couldn't have asked for anymore really!

Thanks, I am...I'm hoping for something similar this week since I have such a lot to lose and I did pig out towards the end of last week...

well done!! thats brill hun. usually the 1st couple of weeks is good weight loss but it does tend to slow down to a couple of lbs every week, but dont get disheartened, keep going u can it. saz xx

well done!! That's brilliant. I'm still on week 1. Due to weigh on Friday, however jumped on the scales this morning and my weight is the same.
