Week one weigh in

I had to go to my weigh in a day early and an delighted 9lbs gone in 6 days. It's amazing feel great. Also so glad when the pharmacist told me my accidental slip yesterday wouldn't have put me out of ketosis. Delighted.

Oh in work someone offered me a mini muffin absentmindedly I took it and popped it into my mouth. I had eaten half by the time I realised what had happened and then threw it out.
