First week on Slim and Save... had one meal out that was already planned (stayed low carb) and a few cheats yesterday, but still managed 11lbs off! Happy
Thanks both! Weigh-in day really does help with the motivation doesn't it! I forgot to do my measurements before I started, maybe will do them from this week onwards so I can see those inches disappearing along with the pounds... although I've already noticed that my work trousers aren't as tight

Measuring is a great way of knowing you are getting smaller. It really helps me on weeks I have not had a great loss on to know that I have still lots inches
