Week one Weigh in!

Well, after the first week, I'm very happy to say I have lost

11.5lbs!

I'm so pleased, it's been really hard and I've overcome some minor victories (flapjack making with my nieces being the worst......)
 
Thank you, first day I had a tin of tuna and a tomato, then 100% after that!

U r sooooooo disciplined! I only ever seem to manage 6 out of 7 days every week. Think I'll try and follow ur example and go for this week.

I know once I come off plan I can't control myself, it's easier for me to resist and stay on plan, rather than trying to get back on plan :)
 
Im normally waiting until Friday or Saturday to have a cheeky chicken salad then don't seem to have any problem going back to plan the rest if the time. I worry this might lead keep down a slippery slope though so I will they my hardest this week to be 100% all week. Think I'll just have to keep busy with minimins. :)
