Week One Weigh In

I cannot believe i got through this week and now it all seems so worth it.

I lost exactly 1 stone (14lbs) this week, 1 stone i nearly fell of the scales. This diet is amazing and i wish i had discovered it years ago.

Well done on your mega loss.

I too, am amazed by this diet. After having each of my two kids, i dieted by cutting down on food, to lose the post pregnancy weight, but gradually put on weight over the last 5 years thru over indulging. Cutting back just didn't work anymore.
I wanted rapid results and have gotten it with CD. Found SS so easy.
CD is fab.
