Hi, had my first weigh in yesterday with my CDC and lost 5lbs. She said she thought I'd have lost more but I'm over the moon. When I was on Lipotrim and only having half the cals, I lost 6lbs in my first week. She said to drink more water which I must admit is a problem for me as I work in the community. Anyway, I'm chuffed and looking forward to the week.

5lbs is a good loss for week one, well done. :) If you are struggling to drink the minimum amount of water you could add the cambridge water flavourings. You get it from your consultant.

Well done! I really think the water makes a difference. Keep a bottle in your car and def try the water flavourings:)

I also think your weighht loss is great. It is hard to drink enough water, but I think it is so important. It is dangerous to drink it all in one go so you need to work out a strategy to make sure you get enough during the day.
