Week Ones WEIGH IN!

It has been one week since I started this way of eatting/ way of life. I'm proud to say I am down 5 pounds this week and while I'm sure this is most water weight from reduced sodium and all the water I drink I will take it My goal is between 1-2 pounds a week. a refelction of this week it has been a good week at the start I really had to push my self to exercise, but come thursday it didn't see like such a chore. I haven't been hungry at all and have had no cravings what so ever. it is early yet in the game but I'm pleased this far. Here to all of us a wonderful week!!!!
