    Well lost 3.2/4lbs this week bringing the total in three weeks to 1 stone 4lbs (18lbs) which is brill, and I'm still loving the diet!

    wow that's fab well done! I'm on day 4 SS and so far so good. Keep going, it'll be so worth it in the summer when you're wearing little clothes!! :)

    Hell yeah I am on it like sonic! I am never being 17 stone again ever in my life, or come to that, 16 aswell!!!
