Week three WI yes!!

Ok, I've had a bad week, been to NY and back in three days, and only packing 4 shakes with, so I thought I'd mess up on todays wi (a few days late) but golly, i've lost another 4.8 lbs. And thats with having been a birthday boy this week!

That is so cool. Am chuffed me.

I had one shake a day, loads of water and a soup in the evening plus grilled white chicken (no sauce) and grilled fish [small portions] x
