Morning all just wondering everyone's experiences during * week.

Its my * week starting from today and its my WI later on this afternoon. Just curious as to how * week affects you all - do you put on, lose, sts during the week til your next WI? Dont feel like eating at all today either but will force myself to have a tuna salad for lunch x

I usually put on about 1lbs in my star week but then i get off at the next WI :) Good luck with WI

A few weeks ago I had a * week gain of 3lbs (worse ever - usually 1.5lbs). Following week, I lost 2.5lbs of it (would have been more save for two meals out that week!).
