Weekly Mini Goals

Ha, I actually do this already. I got a wall calendar that changes page every monday, so every monday I think of a new mini target/goal. This week its to exercise 5 times in the week using my Davina DVD.
 
My mini goal this week is to do the exercises my physiotherapist gave me to try and ease the pain in my knees - plus he'll be checking I've done them on Monday!
