Weekly Recipe Must Haves??!!

What recipe do you chose to cook time and time again?

My old favs used to be Sunday Roast every Sunday without fail, fajitas etc but I'm trying to find some inspiration that'll become weekly family favourites!!

Am starting atkins next thursday but van see chicken wrapped in parma ham and some spinach featuring regularily in my menu

Love chicken stuffed with cheese and herbs. Wrapped in bacon and baked or done in the slow cooker. I would use the juices from the chicken in with cooking water for rice for the family.

Loving egg cups just now too.

Chorizo rapido (see menu thread) makes a great lunch or quick dinner - works well before dancing/exercise as fairly high in cals but light in the tummy!

I've been doing a beef stir-fry which I've been enjoying. I never knew about toasted sesame oil before!
Turns out it is a bit higher in carbs than I thought - 11.2g but that is because of my tendency to have three veg and eat nearly 200g of each!
