weekly syns

I never usually have the full 15 syns a day, it's more like between 5 and 10. However this week has been particularly difficult food wise with various events going on. I've been Food Optimising 100%, but my weekly total of syns is 90.5 - I've never had so many! I'm really worried this is going to affect my weight loss now and I'll see a gain tomorrow for weigh in.

no this sounds ifne. you should aim for 10 a day when you first start and try to fine tune it. if you think about it you have had 25 less than you COULD have had
