Does anyone calculate their Syns weekly rather than daily? And if so, does it work?
It's not something I want to do regularly but this week we are out on Saturday for a jolly good drink and I'd like to do it without doing too much damage to my diet so don't really want to go down the flexi Syns route. I'm thinking if I just have 5 a day that will leave me an extra 70, which I'm sure will be more than enough but I wanted to know if this will work or if I'm just ferrying myself up to fail.
