weekly weigh in - 1st b4 sep!

Hello, today was my first weigh in!
Start weight: a whopping 14st 12lbs
Todays weigh in: 14st 6lbs
Total weight lose: 6lbs !!! Woooohoooooo
Tip: find your weakness and avoid it! My weakness is carbs mainly bread, i just cant resist sarnies! They were quick and easy to make but not any more! I tried the no carb diet this week.
Exercise: 30 mins atleast walking everyday, squats crunches, swimming once a wk and the wii fit every two days.
This weeks plan, bring carbs bck in but do a low carb diet, but still avoid bread.
Do 30 min walk every day!
Weight lose aim: at least 1lb a lose is a lose.
