Ok so weighed myself this morning,

Friday 11th June; 193.6 lbs

not much of a loss this time. Feel a bit down after that.

weight loss is slow this month. Keep back tracking on certain foods. Naughty

You're doing really well Nicki... If I've worked it out correctly, you've lost 6lbs this month, which is 1.5lbs a week - exactly within the guidelines for a steady healthy weight loss.
I know we'd all like the weight to be gone tomorrow, but you're doing really well, so be proud of yourself :)
