You're doing really well Nicki... If I've worked it out correctly, you've lost 6lbs this month, which is 1.5lbs a week - exactly within the guidelines for a steady healthy weight loss.
I know we'd all like the weight to be gone tomorrow, but you're doing really well, so be proud of yourself :)
