Weekly weight loss

Hey guys,
I’m just wondering what most people tend to lose each week? I lost 5 pounds in my first week which was a huge loss for me. Since then I’ve been losing about 1 or 1 1/2 pounds a week. Sometimes when I see online that people have huge losses all the time I feel like I’m doing something wrong and should maybe restrict myself more but I’m following the plan 100%. I’m allowed have 20 syns a day usually I have 15-16 then at weekends have all 20.
Is a pound a week standard weight loss?

Yes it really is. Some people are slow losers, some loose much faster. Personally I lost 1-2lbs a week and it took me over 7 months to loose 3st, my mum lost 3st in 3 months and we ate every meal together. I cooked for the both of us. We did nothing different.

Well done you! Yes it just seems that some people lose it slower or faster depending on metabolisms. I won’t complain as long as it’s coming off

It definitely is the person and maybe your activity that week. I’ve lost 3, then 2 then gained 2! Up and down for me so I wouldn’t worry too much
