Weeks 4-5 WI

In week 4 I lost 3 and a half again. Which was the same as week 3 and today I lost 3lbs.

I have been dieting now for nearly 6 weeks and have lost a total of 28lbs not bad going. I seem to be levelling off to about 3lbs-3.5lbs each week. I wanted more and hopefully it will speed up in the next few weeks but for now I'm ok as that adds up to the one stone per month they claim you lose on the diet.
