Weigh day panic

S: 16st13.5lb C: 12st8lb G: 10st7lb BMI: 27.6 Loss: 4st5.5lb(25.89%)
Anyone else get a massive case of weigh day panic? I am desperately drinking loads of black coffee hoping it gives me the runs (too much information?!);)

I know its too late to make a difference but I try and avoid drinking water an hour or so before I weigh as well - and I always shave my legs that day!!

Does anyone else do crazy shizz to weigh an ounce less?

I know exactly how you feel....I get really nervous on weigh in day! I wouldnt say I do anything dramatic before hand, although as I get weighed in the evening I make sure I just eat fruit from my breakfast and lunch so my stomachs empty by weigh in time and nothings weighing me down (apart from that extra stone Im carrying ofcourse)! xxx

Not a problem now I am doing the online plan but used to dread going to the class some nights when I did last time.
