weigh day

when i used to get weighed in the evenings i used to have a cereal bar or a couple of belvita's and some fruit for breakfast, then a light choices / ww ready meal for lunch or chicken, jacket potato and salad

i now weigh in in the mornings though and i only usually have fruit for breakfast then eat at class once i've been weighed :)
except this week as i'd been ill and was starving before group and my scales at home said i'd lost 1lb so i thought i'd have toast and flora and if the scales at class didn't show a loss i wouldn't do it next time ... got to class and i'd lost 2lb ! :D .... so think i might have to have toast every WI morning and see if i'm still getting losses :)

My wi is 5 pm too so i normally just have a light brunch which is not ideal but i would not lose otherwise :)

i normally go at 6.30 or eight which is annoying :(
Last week i put on 5.5 lbs cus i had a large mcdonalds n diet coke just before i got weighed (i no it was silly)
but down 6.5 this week :)
Normally i try n eat light things n not all my points before then after wi il have a treat night n not count :p then next day start again x

I do exactly the same, eat light at around 12 then treat myself after wi and dont count it. Has worked so far. The wk i had breakfast and lunch on wi day i only lost half a pound :(

I know and for the first time in all the times ive done weight watchers im not rushing and take every wk half pound at a time if i have to where before id have gotten bored and quit x

Thats t way im doing it this time. Lost 19 since jan which is nearly half each week.
Better going down than up aswell x
