    And there was me thinking id suck this week!

    I lost 3lbs so im thrilled!

    Got some yummy bars and porridge this week yay so cant wait to try that this evening, just eating a toffee bar now and they are so yummy!!!

    Thats what I said Emma and I owned up to cdc as well and she said she had a dognut yesterday so we had a really good laugh about it and gave me some good advice, just draw the line and forget about it! Bless her lol we had a good laugh this morning!

    Thats the best thing to do. We're all human & abstiening from food isn't natural so at some point for most people the odd slip is gonna happen.

    I have a planned break in a couple of weeks 'cos I have to go to Budapest for 3 1/2 days for work. Its gonna be hard stick to SS so I'm gonna take a bar for each day & just have chicken, salad, veg where possible.
