Weigh in after being snowed in last week.

I got snowed in last week and ran out of shakes, so I had a total of 3 healthy meals. I had chicken and green beans one night, salmon and green beans on the next night, then on the 3rd night I had chicken and green beans with 3 brussel sprouts. I was a little concerned incase I started to crave these meals once I got my shakes, but it all turned out well in the end. The meals were lovely and I was quite happy to return to 3 shakes a day.

I got weighed tonight and I have lost another 8lbs in 2 weeks, so I am a happy bunny tonight.

Thanks for all the support and help when I was snowed in last week.
 
Eating real food and losing weight Is that allowed

Matronix, I know, I did feel guilty while eating them to be honest and wished that I had enough shakes - I know I would never have felt like that before lipotrim.

Thanks guys. Before lipotrim I was one of these that believed it would never work for me. Thank goodness we have found lipotrim.
