Weigh-in-Day Water

    Morning All :)

    Got my weigh in day today and feeling really bloated! If I really go full on with my water intake today is it likely to help to weigh in or make me heavier? Weigh in at 4pm.

    meal replacement
    personally l would not drink anything for about 2hrs before weigh in good luck today

    I wouldn't drink before going and make sure you go to the loo to empty your bladder just before!

    Hah!! I spend about 30 mins solid on the loss before WI, partially through nerves, and partially to weigh less!!

    :)
