Weigh In Day?

Oh my gosh, im back AGAIN

Hi all.

I weigh in every Monday at 7pm.
Does anyone know if it makes a difference whether you eat minimal food or eat as normal on weigh in day?

I always tend to have a really light b/fast and lunch on w/i day with some fruit and still drink plenty water but end up totally starving by the time I get weighed!!

Anyone got any input on this??.xx

I would probably have a normal breakfast and a big lunch then a light meal after the weigh in. For example, I would probaby have porridge, jacket potato with tuna for lunch then cheese on toast once I got home. If I was hungry in the late afternoon then I would probaby have a salad sandwich/wrap just to fill the gap till I got home. I think as long as you are consistent each Monday then your weigh in result shouldn't vary too much. xx

I i dont think it would really make any diffrence what you have before because over time it will all even itself out anyway. I weigh in on Monday mornings at home before uni, so do it on an empty stomach

Thanks ladies. i don't really think it makes much of a diff but always feel better when i'm at the scales if i've not eaten much that day!! x
