Weigh in day?

Well my weigh in is at 9.30am so I don't eat before I go. When I did SW I used to weigh in at 7.30pm and I wouldn't eat all day either! I think it does make a difference tbh

I think as long as you do the same each week it will even itself out as you'll have the same amount of food in your stomach (a meal full) but if you eat some weeks and not others then it'll make a difference.
If you and your family generally eat earlier I don't really see the point in disrupting meal time.

I used to eat but try and eat light and stick to the same routine each week, so that there could be no excuses if there was a gain! Also similarly with clothing, i would wear the same thing each week, so that i couldn't make up excuses or doubt the scales if i wasn't happy with what i saw!

I WI at 6pm on a Wed & I too don't have dinner before going. I also limit my fluid intake after 3pm - think how much a 1 litre bottle of water weighs! And I'm the same with the clothing - I go for a run straight after WI so I always wear the same kit. Good luck!
