Hi Kate,
Never thought of weighing every ten days....
Where do you weigh? I used to go to Boots and get weighed with their machine.... I could use one in the gym.... but I have been using the one in the flat ~ no reason why weigh once a week and not 10 days.... kinda makes sence to me.
Will love to see any feedback you have and who knows I might join in with you.

Hi Judith - I would be too self conscious to weigh myself at Boots !!!
My Cambridge Man will weigh me - I just left it ten days and I think I will continue to do it like that. Weigh in will be Friday !
I would love some really accurate scales if there is such a thing.
Any recommendations ????
