As your weight drops you do need to drop your calorie intake and you soon get used to it. I was on 1385 til I hit goal and I'm increasing my cals by 100 per week, but I'm actually struggling to eat 1500 a day!

Give it a go. You have done so well so far and its brilliant you've sts over easter!

i found after the initial two week just adding the extra two hundred weas a struggle, when you dont have fat in things its amazing how low calorie they are,
