Thanks Girlies - can't describe how good I feel today (but maybe that's just coz the sun is shining!). Got into my 14 jeans and am wearing a 14 skirt today which I got from the very back of my wardrobe. Hate to admit it, but when I started this diet only 8 weeks ago I was bursting out of my size 18 jeans. This really has been a fantastic experience for me (so far) - still got some way to go, but the Chemist is trying to get me to go on maintenance. According to the 'experts' though I've got 2 1/2 stones to lose before I become 'healthy' and I'm still officially obese!!! How does that work if I'm a size 14?????? The Chemist reckons that some of these official figures are rubbish.

Well done on your loss this week.
You are similar to me, I wanted to go to target on TFR but my Pharmacist told me last Thursday she wants me to lose another 10lbs only on TFR then onto maintenance. I guess we should listen to them as they are the experts. She said its too harsh on your body to lose it all on TFR and that you can look gaunt and drawn. I just said something on a thread about this last night too, but I cant remember everything she said, but it all made sense at the time, so I guess we should listen to them.
