    I put 2lb on, prob to do with the Indian I had last night, prob not the best idea the night before my wi! Iv bought some choc bars to have wen I wake up early hours of the Mormon for my chocolate binges! Here's to a good week, for me and all my fellow cd'ers x

    i am sure most of that 2 lb wiill just be water and carb retention from the indian .. wil be gone again in a few days and if you stay 100% this week you could be in for a big loss next week :) I have been known to gain like 5lb in one meal when I recarbed .. but it soon goes again :)
