Another 4lbs off!!! Thats a full stone lighter in 3 weeks, I am amazed, nothing has ever worked for me like this before. I was struggling so much when I was lowcarbing, its exactly what I need to spur me on for another week xx

Yay that's great! It was my 3rd WI today, I lost 6lbs!! Can't believe how quick it's coming off, got to be the easiest diet ever. Well once you get your head round it. Keep up the good work x
