Weigh in question - what do the scales go up to?

Unfortunately I weigh more than my scales at home, which go up to 28 stone. I'm wondering if there's any point in going to the group sessions if the scales there don't go any higher - might be better to do the online version until I get to 28 stone!

Anyone notice the scales limit?

I am sorry but as the clubs I have been to use electronic scales, it would be difficult to know what the max is. Thats their problem and not yours though. If a club offers a weigh in service as part of their club, then they should be able to monitor that regardless of your weight. so if you feel the support of a club would help you, I wouldnt let what the scales go up to stop you. If it is worrying you and making you even more anxious, then give the club/instructor a call. Their details are usually online. x
