    Hi after a small blip on Friday, i still managed to lose a pound so I am quite pleased with this result as thought i would gain. My leader is on holiday next sunday so heres to two weeks of 100 percent and a huge weight loss next weigh in x

    Well done Cooky :). My blip last week led to 1lb WI too, but the sneaky WI I did at home this morning shows a definite move downwards, so keep at it and you'll see the results you want soon!

    Well done for getting back on track as I find it really hard if I have had a blip on previous diet's - I end up totally binging so good for you that you got back on it and still lost a 1lb. Zoe x
