Well done Cooky :). My blip last week led to 1lb WI too, but the sneaky WI I did at home this morning shows a definite move downwards, so keep at it and you'll see the results you want soon!

well done thats great, to have a blip and a loss is almost unheard of among my ladies! x

Well done for getting back on track as I find it really hard if I have had a blip on previous diet's - I end up totally binging so good for you that you got back on it and still lost a 1lb. Zoe x
