i only get weighed every 2 weeks so just been for my 2nd weigh in, im halfway through week 4 SS and another 6lb down, felt a bit disappointed to have only lost 6lb in 2 weeks as ive done SS 100% but in the 4 weeks ive also lost 7 inches from bust, waist and hips so im happy about that :D

Very important to look at the overall picture as you are doing and not just the scales.
You're doing wonderfully well! Congratulations!

Hey lancslass - another lancslass here!!! (Rossendale) I'm also on SS 100% with a similar BMI to you, and I've been losing 3lbs a week like clockwork for the last month so I don't think it's abnormal, and I know I'm pretty bloomin chuffed with that loss. On something like Weight Watchers it's like 1.5-2lbs a week in a good week!!

You're doing ever so well, don't be disheartened because it's not a CRAZY loss - those who are lighter will lose less on ANY diet. People who lose 5lbs a week tend to have higher BMIs. Just keep on going :)
