    Im chuffed to bits with the loss....onwards and downwards for us all.

    Thanks girls,

    Im going to expect a very small loss if any next week but i cant really complain after the last two losses.Ive definitley lost some inches too but havent measured myself yet,but can feel it in my clothes

    Week 3 is always the killer! Focus on your loss so far - it'll help you get to the great loss you'll have week 4.
    I also save measuring myself for the weeks where the scales are a little disappointing, rather than doing it every week. Helps keep me motivated!
