    Hi,

    Just back from this weeks weigh in, lost 1lb officially, but my scales show more than that, but last week hers showed more than mine, so all swings and roundabouts.
    It still means 10.5lb loss in two weeks and that is good enough for me:)

    It's actually amazing how much we can eat when calorie counting provided we "spend" our calories wisely!
