Hi All, weighed in this morning and I lost another 4lbs, so 17lbs now in total . Yippee
Off to Manchester now , so all be good and lets get a few more pounds off ladies.

Well back from Manchester did have a treat whilst i was there Grilled Chicken with green salad , had with water and everything was ok till my grandaughter had made me a cake , yes I had a piece . But Im ok , Im back on the plan as of tomorrow . Just ordered some porridge so looking forward to losing a couple of pounds next week . Not expecting a lot but Im not gonna beat myself up about it. Oh yes I know Im young lol , but I have 5 grandchildren .
